Sales Focus:
Present and explain life and health insurance options to clients
Help families choose the right coverage to meet their needs
Maintain and grow client relationships through exceptional service

Leadership Track (Optional):
Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of sales agents
Lead by example in production and team culture
Participate in leadership training and growth programs
