Our client is a general contracting business with a growing focus on both residential and commercial construction, including high-demand outdoor living projects like porches, patios, and pergolas. While they continue to pursue set-aside commercial opportunities, they’re also expanding their residential client base through lead generation and high-touch customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads across residential and commercial markets, including opportunities for spec home sales, custom home projects, and land acquisitions.
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, email, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.) to generate interest and build relationships.
- Set appointments and hand off qualified leads to the owner for follow-up and closing.
- Use insights from past campaigns to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records through CRM or lead tracking sheets, ensuring timely follow-ups and organized communication.
- Coordinate project follow-ups and assist with client communications to support a smooth and professional client experience.
- Support proposal preparation and perform light administrative or marketing-related tasks as needed.
- Research and engage potential investors for spec home builds or land development projects.
- Collaborate closely with the owner to strengthen the sales pipeline and help drive overall business growth.
- Act as the first point of contact for new inquiries—representing the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For

- Understands service-based sales and customer-first communication
Ability to represent a U.S.-based business professionally — native or near-native in speech

- Experience working with contractors, construction companies, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with lead gen tools, social media ads, or CRM systems
- Previous work with U.S.-based clients or SMBs
Benefits- Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will go directly to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $1200/month + Commission
