Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our rapid expansion by connecting us with qualified prospects who need our transformative services. This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity where your expertise in lead generation and qualification will be instrumental in driving company growth. You’ll work closely with our sales team in a startup environment where every qualified appointment you set directly contributes to our success story. This role combines strategic prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling to ensure we’re engaging with warm, motivated prospects ready to solve their business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting through strategic cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and personalized email campaigns
- Perform comprehensive manual lead generation by researching and identifying high-potential businesses using advanced online research techniques
- Qualify prospects thoroughly to ensure they are genuinely interested, warm leads rather than cold contacts
- Schedule high-quality consultations and appointments for the sales team with pre-qualified, educated prospects
- Manage and optimize lead information within Go High Level CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Integrate qualified leads into existing sales and marketing automation sequences for maximum conversion
- Conduct detailed prospect vetting to understand specific pain points, bottlenecks, and business challenges
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Research and identify businesses matching specific target customer profiles and ideal client avatars
- Document comprehensive prospect information and qualification notes before handoff to sales team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B appointment setting with measurable results
- Hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM platform and marketing automation
- Excellent English communication skills with ability to engage US-based business decision makers
- Demonstrated expertise in manual lead research, prospecting methodologies, and data mining
- Background in SaaS or technology solutions sales strongly preferred
- Proven ability to qualify prospects effectively and identify genuine buying intent and urgency
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and phone-based outreach tools
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification frameworks, and consultative selling approaches
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while meeting aggressive appointment setting targets
- Experience working with startups or high-growth companies preferred\
