Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in hospitality and service industries including hotels, spas, salons, restaurants, and other tipping-based businesses
- Contact decision-makers to introduce and demonstrate the digital tipping platformβs capabilities
- Conduct comprehensive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage one-month free trial periods for qualified prospects
- Navigate the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closure
- Secure signed contracts and client agreement to service terms
- Provide detailed reporting on sales activities and client progress to management
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales pipeline status
- Close deals by getting clients ready to sign contracts and proceed with onboarding
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent (targeting UK, UAE, and USA markets)
- Proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals independently
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in service industries or hospitality sector preferred
- Ability to work autonomously while meeting performance KPIs and sales targets
- Professional phone and video communication capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with technology platforms and digital sales processes
