This role is to support our client’s sales pipeline by engaging senior technology and business leaders, identifying their challenges and requirements, and scheduling qualified follow-up appointments for our specialist sales teams.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Outbound B2B calling (predominantly cold) to CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure and other senior stakeholders.
- Executing multiple campaigns promoting multi-cloud services and high-performance data centres.
- Introducing our client, referencing the latest or most relevant interaction (whitepaper download, event attendance, etc.) to warm up the conversation.
- Asking profiling questions to understand current infrastructure, business challenges, sustainability goals, security, compliance and AI readiness.
- Capturing accurate notes of conversations, including pain points, opportunities, and contact details in the CRM.
- Securing qualified appointments for the senior sales/specialist team, agreeing on two or three potential dates.
- Maintaining CRM records and ensuring data quality on all leads and opportunities.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment.
IDEAL PERSON- Previous B2B experience liaising with senior decision makers (C-level preferred).
- Confident, consultative and professional telephone manner with excellent oral communication skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Strong questioning and listening skills to uncover needs and qualify opportunities.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud or data centre services is advantageous (training provided).
- Organised and able to manage time efficiently across multiple campaigns.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages advantageous).
