Conduct targeted cold calls to trade businesses that currently lack online presence or professional websites
Research and identify high-potential prospects through strategic Google searches of trade companies
Engage business owners in meaningful conversations about their digital marketing needs
Qualify leads based on interest level and business requirements
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to close deals
Maintain accurate records of all call activities and prospect information in Excel spreadsheets
Follow proven calling strategies and standard operating procedures for maximum effectiveness
Work efficiently during peak business hours to maximize contact rates with decision-makers
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation (minimum junior level experience required)
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Excel and basic computer skills for lead tracking and documentation
Strong English fluency for effective communication with US-based business owners
Availability to work consistent morning hours Monday through Friday
