Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing astrology business and take our email marketing to the next level. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building sophisticated email automation systems and lead generation campaigns that connect our astrological services with clients at the perfect moments. You’ll work directly with the business owner to transform manual processes into automated workflows, with a special focus on birthday-triggered campaigns that are essential to our business model. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical marketing skills with creative strategy in an industry that’s both meaningful and rapidly growing. You’ll have the autonomy to recommend tools, design campaigns, and implement systems that directly drive revenue growth while helping people discover personalized astrological insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive email marketing automation workflows and technical infrastructure
  
• Create and optimize birthday trigger campaigns and other specialized automation sequences critical to the astrology business model
  
• Develop strategic lead generation campaigns including lead magnets and multi-channel capture systems
  
• Integrate email marketing solutions with existing WIX website platform and recommend additional tools as needed
  
• Collaborate directly with the business owner on campaign strategy, planning, and execution
  
• Build and execute email list growth initiatives across various marketing channels
  
• Create compelling proposals and strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and tool investments
  
• Set up technical integrations and ensure seamless workflow between marketing platforms
  
• Provide ongoing optimization and performance analysis of all email marketing initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing automation, workflow setup, and technical implementation
  
• Strong background in lead generation strategies, lead magnet creation, and conversion optimization
  
• Experience with birthday/date-based trigger campaigns and specialized automation sequences
  
• Knowledge of various email marketing platforms and ability to work with WIX integrations
  
• Social media marketing experience for lead capture and list building purposes
  
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative strategy sessions and client interaction
  
• Ability to work independently while providing strategic recommendations and technical guidance
  
• Experience making software recommendations and justifying marketing tool investments
  
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance optimization and reporting
