This is a remote position.
Proven experience (2–3 years) in B2B inside sales/lead generation for IT services, staffing, or technology solutions.
Strong understanding of the US market and experience working across time zones.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns).
Proficiency in sales intelligence and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to manage leads and track activities.
Ability to engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, HR Heads, Hiring Managers).
Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC) is a plus.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify new opportunities.
