Key Skills

  • Proven experience (2–3 years) in B2B inside sales/lead generation for IT services, staffing, or technology solutions.

  • Strong understanding of the US market and experience working across time zones.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).

  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns).

  • Proficiency in sales intelligence and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to manage leads and track activities.

  • Ability to engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, HR Heads, Hiring Managers).

  • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC) is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify new opportunities.
