Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in the US market.

  • Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to identify and qualify prospects.

  • Engage with CXOs, VPs, IT Directors, and Operations Heads in Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, and other verticals.

  • Understand customer needs and pain points to position Dynamics 365 offerings effectively.

  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales and technical team with qualified prospects.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns.

  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales/lead generation for IT solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM platforms).

  • Experience handling the US market and working across time zones.

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Strong knowledge of lead qualification frameworks like BANT, CHAMP, or MEDDIC.

  • Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for managing leads and activities.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player.
