Conduct research to identify potential leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, and other open sources
Collect and verify contact information for outreach
Build and maintain lead databases for outreach campaigns
Collaborate with the sales/recruitment/marketing team to align on search criteria
Track lead generation progress and maintain accurate reporting (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.)
Monitor responses, update records, and assist with lead follow-ups
Strong written and verbal English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
Solid research skills and attention to detail
Basic experience with lead sourcing or willingness to learn fast
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks
Analytical thinking and structured approach to data handling
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or email-finding tools (e.g., Apollo, Hunter, Skrapp)
Understanding of outbound marketing or recruitment funnels
Knowledge of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), buyer personas, or target candidate profiles
