Job Overview

IndiWork is seeking a Lead Generation specialist for a full-time, remote internship based in Mohali, Delhi, or Kurukshetra. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers with 0-1 years of work experience. The role involves identifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting digital marketing strategies to grow our company's client base and online presence.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems, essential tools for identifying and managing potential leads (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with email marketing automation to streamline communication and nurture leads (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to understand social media analytics, enabling the evaluation of campaign performances to optimize lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot for efficient customer relationship management and lead tracking.
  • Competence in Google Analytics to track and analyze web traffic data for better decision-making.
  • Understanding of content management systems (CMS), helpful in maintaining website content and enhancing online experiences.
  • Strong communication skills for building and maintaining professional client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data to improve lead generation strategies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new potential leads through various online platforms and networking channels.
  • Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring information is accurate and current.
