Lead Generation and Business Development Assistant

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads generated from conferences and events where you serve as a vendor
  
• Conduct email marketing campaigns and manage email follow-up sequences
  
• Research companies to identify potential training and workshop opportunities
  
• Reach out to organizations to secure speaking and training engagements
  
• Manage and nurture the lead pipeline from initial contact through conversion
  
• Support business development efforts to expand your corporate training presence
  

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Experience with email marketing and lead follow-up processes
  
• Ability to conduct company research and identify business opportunities
  
• Professional phone manner for potential outreach calls
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
  
• Female candidate preferred due to the nature of the wellness coaching business
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple lead streams
