Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to become the driving force behind consistent lead generation for a rapidly growing career coaching business. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting job seekers and career changers with life-changing coaching services, serving as the engine that fuels business growth. This position offers the perfect blend of research, strategic outreach, and relationship building, with significant potential for performance-based commissions as you help scale the business. You’ll work with cutting-edge prospecting tools and have access to a substantial existing database while building new prospect pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic lead generation research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and online directories to identify employed professionals seeking career transitions in the tech sector
- Execute targeted cold outreach campaigns via phone calls and emails to qualified prospects
- Manage and systematically work through an existing high-quality prospect database of 8,000+ contacts
- Consistently book 3+ qualified appointments daily for the sales team
- Research and identify new prospects who match ideal client criteria (employed individuals looking to advance their tech careers)
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to optimize lead generation strategies and identify new prospect sources
- Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions
- Nurture warm leads through strategic follow-up sequences to maximize conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven track record in appointment setting and lead generation with measurable results
- Strong cold calling and cold emailing skills with experience in B2C outreach
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platforms
- Ability to work effectively during US Pacific Time Zone business hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence
- Self-motivated and highly organized with ability to work independently from home
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools preferred
- Performance-driven mindset with interest in commission-based earning opportunities
