About the Role:
Weβre on the lookout for a motivated and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team! If you have experience in lead generation within the EdTech industry and a knack for connecting with people, weβd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Identify and approach potential customers (students, parents, schools, or working professionals).
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline lead strategies.
- Schedule demos or counseling sessions.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details.
- Meet lead generation targets and KPIs.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Bachelorβs degree in any field.
- 1β2 years of experience in lead generation/inside sales in EdTech.
- Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
- Confident with cold calling and outreach.
- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve goals.
