About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team! If you have experience in lead generation within the EdTech industry and a knack for connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Identify and approach potential customers (students, parents, schools, or working professionals).
  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline lead strategies.
  • Schedule demos or counseling sessions.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details.
  • Meet lead generation targets and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation/inside sales in EdTech.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
  • Confident with cold calling and outreach.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve goals.
