Crio.Do has joined hands with leading Edtech company Skill-Lync in Nov, 2022 becoming its subsidiary, focusing on the Computer Science domain and operating as an independent brand. Crio.Do is seeing tremendous growth in the last couple of quarters and looking to scale 10X from current business in the coming 18-24 months. 


Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation:

○ Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri), online research, and networking events.

○ Oversee the lead scraping process to ensure the acquisition of high-quality leads that align with business objectives.

○ Maintain and regularly update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

○ Engage with potential leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to qualify them.


2. Lead Allocation:

○ Manage and streamline the lead distribution process to ensure timely and effective allocation to relevant teams.


3. CRM Administration:

○ Oversee CRM activities, ensuring data accuracy and efficient process management.

○ Collaborate with the Outcomes team to support placement operations and learner engagement initiatives.


Additional Information:

● Internship Duration: 3 months

● Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

● Work Schedule: 6-day workweek (Monday–Friday WFO, Saturday WFH)

● Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

● Location: Bangalore (Koramangala)
