Lead Generation Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help drive growth by identifying prospective clients and initiating outreach. You will build a robust database of potential leads and perform cold calling and outreach efforts to create opportunities for the sales team.

You will be aligned with the company’s mission to provide expert arborist consulting services, leveraging your outreach skills to connect with decision-makers in residential, commercial, or municipal sectors who could benefit from tree care solutions.

• Research and build a detailed database of potential clients (companies, property owners, municipal bodies) who may require arborist or tree consulting services
  
• Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) to generate interest and qualify leads
  
• Schedule meetings or consultations with interested prospects for the sales team
  
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and pipeline status
  
• Work closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, target profiles, and campaign approaches
  
• Follow up diligently on leads, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel
  
• Provide feedback on campaign performance and propose optimizations
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or similar roles; proven ability to research, build, and manage lead databases
  
• Strong cold calling and cold outreach skills; comfortable initiating conversations
  
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  
• Ability to qualify leads effectively (understand who fits vs. who doesn’t)
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  
• Organized, persistent, and self-motivated individual
  
• Basic understanding of arborist, landscaping, tree care, or related industries is a plus
