This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1-hour unpaid break | UK
Paid hours per week: 40 Hours

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new business prospects
  • Research and build the lead list 
  • Screen and qualify leads to identify potential customers
  • Filter prospects based on company size and fit criteria
  • Secure commitment from qualified prospects for sales meetings
  • Transfer qualified leads to the internal sales team for closing
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and outcomes



Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Lead generation and appointment setting experience required
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in appointment setting
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
  • Experience with B2B sales processes
  • SaaS or technology sales experience preferred

Scope:

  • Target companies with 150+ employees
  • Focus on businesses that could benefit from psychometric assessments
  • Work with product price points ranging from £3,000-£50,000
  • Generate qualified leads for enterprise-level sales team
  • Operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
