We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to generate and qualify leads from the Philippines and Vietnam markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating outreach campaigns, and ensuring a steady pipeline of sales opportunities. Experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, and CRM management is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Required 1-3 years experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
- A degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in IT or E-commerce industries.
- Prior experience working with clients in the Philippines and/or Vietnam is preferred.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the Philippines and Vietnam.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Build and maintain a lead database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Track and report lead generation activities using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and lead research tools.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and data analysis for lead tracking.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Filipino or Vietnamese language is a plus.
