This role is focused on supporting the government sales process by identifying and securing vendor approvals with federal and state institutions nationwide. The position requires proactive outreach, accurate data tracking, and consistent follow-up to ensure vendor status is established and maintained with as many agencies as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and collect data on prisons, VA hospitals, military bases, and other state and federal facilities.

  • Make outbound calls to procurement contacts to be added to vendor lists.

  • Register the company on third-party e-bid systems, vendor portals, and procurement sites.

  • Maintain and update records on vendor status and registration information.

  • Use NetSuite to manage all collected data and update supporting spreadsheets.

  • Handle registrations and data management for specific sales districts as assigned.

  • Perform regular bid checks on applicable platforms.

  • Follow up with contacts until vendor status is confirmed or declined.

  • Conduct annual outreach to maintain vendor status and relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable with phone outreach.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Ability to manage and update large sets of data accurately.

  • Capable of navigating procurement portals and online vendor registration systems.

  • Experience or working knowledge of military bases, VA systems, or federal procurement processes is a plus.
