Lead Generation Specialist (Part-time)

Industry exposure: Healthcare / Medical Education 

1.) Build campaigns: Independently building and modifying warm & cold campaigns to small niche markets (<5K targets), likely with email and LinkedIn; will need to build awareness as well as convert initial engagement into first sales calls

2.) Design content: will work with the internal head of sales, internal Product expert, and the freelance designer to ideate and guide content creation as needed

3.) Maintain CRM: set up and use CRM to track efforts

• At least 5 years of experience in lead generation or B2B data research

• Must have experience with LinkedIn Ads

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry

• Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Proven experience in building campaigns

• Proficient with CRM tools

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm EST

Location: This is a remote job
