Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead lead generation and social media strategy for a cutting-edge platform in the coaching and freelancer space. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying and engaging with busy coaches across the UK and US who desperately need virtual assistant support. Working directly with the founder, you’ll craft compelling outreach campaigns, build meaningful social media presence, and convert prospects into discovery calls that drive business growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to make a real impact while developing expertise in both B2B lead generation and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using various online and offline methods.

  • Maintain, track, and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.

  • Engage with prospects through direct email marketing campaigns and social media

  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest and fit for the company's offerings.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential areas of opportunity.

  • Design and implement client or market surveys to gather insights about potential leads.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads



Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead gen or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.

  • Knowledge of lead generation best practices and industry standards.
