Job Description

This is a pivotal role where you’ll become the driving force behind business expansion for a thriving architectural design firm. You’ll be responsible for identifying and connecting with high-value prospects across government sectors, commercial office spaces, and hospitality markets. Working directly with experienced leadership who have a deep understanding of sales and business development, you’ll play a crucial role in building the pipeline that fuels company growth. This position offers excellent exposure to the architecture and design industry while providing the opportunity to develop expertise in B2B lead generation within a specialized and lucrative market segment.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects including government entities, office fit-out opportunities, and hospitality groups across Australia
  • Build comprehensive contact databases with verified phone numbers and email addresses for targeted outreach campaigns
  • Execute initial email outreach using proven templates and messaging strategies, with leadership visibility on all communications
  • Maintain and optimize lead management systems to ensure seamless handoff to the sales team
  • Support administrative functions including file organization, email management, and calendar coordination
  • Identify emerging opportunities and projects in the architectural and interior design space through market research
  • Coordinate documentation and compliance requirements for government sector opportunities
  • Prepare qualified leads with detailed research and context to maximize conversion potential during management follow-up

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and list building with demonstrable results
  • Strong research capabilities and meticulous attention to detail for accurate data collection
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification methodologies
  • Proficiency with email management systems, CRM platforms, and database management tools
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional outreach and correspondence
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with leadership
  • Experience with Australian business markets and understanding of government procurement processes preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
