Job Highlights

• Access and research court system databases in New Jersey to identify viable legal cases
  
• Conduct data enrichment to find contact information for business owners and decision makers
  
• Perform email outreach using provided templates to potential clients
  
• Make follow-up phone calls to prospects who received initial email contact
  
• Schedule consultation appointments between prospects and the senior consultant
  
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets to monitor outreach efforts and follow-up schedules
  
• Prioritize cases based on provided criteria for amount in play and success probability
  
• Use free and paid research tools including Google, White Pages, and court document systems

Requirements

• Strong critical thinking and “street smart” problem-solving abilities
  
• Proficiency with online research tools and basic software applications
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Comfortable with scripted conversations and appointment setting
  
• Basic Excel or spreadsheet management skills
  
• No legal background required - training will be provided
