We're looking for a marketing systems thinker who's excited to master scalable lead generation and paid media optimization. You'll learn to build, test, and perfect automated marketing playbooks while working with cutting-edge tools and AI technologies.

You'll help architect customer acquisition funnels from paid media through conversion, with attribution tracking connecting every touchpoint to revenue.

The Mission

You'll develop expertise in creating automated lead generation and paid media systems that work across multiple clients with minimal customization. This is your opportunity to master scalable systems that work for coaching businesses, consultants, SaaS companies, and ecommerce brands—systems that get better with each client we add.

What success looks like: You'll help build automated playbooks generating consistent lead flow for 15+ clients simultaneously, with attribution tracking that connects paid media spend to qualified leads and revenue, plus optimization cycles that improve performance across the entire client base.

What You'll Learn to Build

Automated Lead Generation Systems

  • Standardized lead generation workflows that work across multiple industries

  • Automation sequences that require minimal manual intervention once deployed

  • Modular components that can be quickly customized for new clients

  • Testing frameworks to continuously improve system performance

Paid Media Integration & Optimization

  • Paid advertising funnels that integrate with lead generation workflows

  • Automated bid management and budget systems across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms

  • Attribution tracking connecting paid media spend to qualified leads and revenue

  • A/B testing frameworks for ad creative, audiences, and landing page combinations

  • Cross-platform campaign coordination (paid ads → email sequences → retargeting flows)

Funnel Architecture & Attribution

  • End-to-end conversion funnels from awareness to revenue

  • Multi-touch attribution systems tracking customer journeys across channels

  • Lead scoring and qualification workflows based on behavioral triggers

  • Progressive profiling systems that optimize conversion at each stage

  • UTM tracking and campaign attribution connecting marketing activities to revenue

What You Bring

Foundational Lead Generation Experience

  • 2-3 years working with lead generation campaigns or marketing automation

  • Familiarity with lead gen tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or Go High Level (or eagerness to learn quickly)

  • Basic understanding of email marketing and deliverability concepts

  • Experience managing campaigns with meaningful volume (10K+ contacts)

Paid Media Foundation

  • 1-2 years managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

  • Understanding of ROAS, CPL, and basic performance metrics

  • Experience with audience targeting and campaign optimization

  • Knowledge of conversion tracking and pixel implementation

  • Comfortable managing budgets and analyzing performance data

Systems Thinking & Automation Interest

  • Experience with at least one automation platform (Zapier, Make, or similar)

  • Ability to think systematically about marketing processes

  • Interest in building repeatable workflows rather than one-off campaigns

  • Curiosity about how different marketing tools can work together

Growth Mindset & Technical Curiosity

  • Enthusiasm for testing new AI tools and marketing technologies

  • Comfortable learning new platforms and adapting to change quickly

  • Interest in understanding how marketing connects to business outcomes
