What success looks like: You'll help build automated playbooks generating consistent lead flow for 15+ clients simultaneously, with attribution tracking that connects paid media spend to qualified leads and revenue, plus optimization cycles that improve performance across the entire client base.
Standardized lead generation workflows that work across multiple industries
Automation sequences that require minimal manual intervention once deployed

2-3 years working with lead generation campaigns or marketing automation
Familiarity with lead gen tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or Go High Level (or eagerness to learn quickly)
Basic understanding of email marketing and deliverability concepts
Experience managing campaigns with meaningful volume (10K+ contacts)
1-2 years managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Understanding of ROAS, CPL, and basic performance metrics
Experience with audience targeting and campaign optimization
Knowledge of conversion tracking and pixel implementation
Comfortable managing budgets and analyzing performance data
Experience with at least one automation platform (Zapier, Make, or similar)
Ability to think systematically about marketing processes
Interest in building repeatable workflows rather than one-off campaigns
Curiosity about how different marketing tools can work together
Enthusiasm for testing new AI tools and marketing technologies
Comfortable learning new platforms and adapting to change quickly
