Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Mid-Level Media Buyer/Placement for our franchise lead generation efforts. This role will be responsible for strategizing, placing, and optimizing ads across multiple channels to attract high-quality franchisee leads. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of media buying, be able to track and analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute media buying strategies that align with franchise lead generation goals for multiple brands.
     
  • Ad Placement: Manage the placement of digital ads across various platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize lead generation and ROI.
     
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously track and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to improve lead quality, cost per lead, and overall campaign performance.
     
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to report on key metrics such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
     
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize media budgets to ensure efficient spend and ROI across campaigns.
     
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, sales, and marketing teams to align campaign objectives and ensure consistency in messaging.
     
  • A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B testing of ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to optimize lead generation efforts.
     
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to continually evolve media strategies.
     

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in media buying or digital advertising, with a focus on lead generation.
     
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
     
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics, including CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
     
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to improve campaign performance.
     
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
     
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and other teams.
     
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
     
  • Familiarity with franchise lead generation is a plus.
