Part-Time Content Creator & Graphic Designer

Location: Boulder, Colorado (Hybrid - Remote and Onsite; must be local within 1 hour of Boulder)

Tectonic Design + Build designs and constructs high-performance, healthy luxury homes in Boulder. We're shifting the culture of construction through intentional design, collaboration, and innovation.

The Role

We're looking for a creative Content Creator & Graphic Designer to tell the story of Tectonic through clean, compelling visuals and engaging content. You'll design brand assets, manage social platforms, capture photography/video, and support digital/print marketing efforts.

Portfolio Required -- include examples of: Instagram feed with 2-3 trending reels + lifestyle posts, Curated photography album, 1 to 2 handouts (report, pitch deck, one-pager), Newsletter, digital ad campaign, and copy samples

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging campaigns and assets that showcase the uniqueness of Tectonic homes, culture, and values.
• Create clean, on-brand designs for print, digital, presentations, signage, and client-facing materials.
• Plan, create, schedule, and track content across Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Houzz. Stay ahead of trends and build engagement.
• Draft and design email campaigns, collaborate on ad campaigns, and ensure messaging aligns with brand voice.
• Assist in refreshing project galleries, case studies, and digital assets to reflect current work.
• Work closely with leadership, sales, and design teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and creativity across all content.

What We Value

• 2 to 4 years of brand/content/graphic design experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong eye for clean, elevated design and storytelling
• Social media management + content creation experience
• Organized, collaborative, and deadline-driven
• Photography/video editing skills a plus
• Understanding of or interest in architecture, residential construction, or design
• HubSpot experience (preferred, not required)

Benefits

• $35 to $50/hour, commensurate with experience
• Flexible hybrid schedule (remote with some onsite content capture)
• Company computer + credit card provided

This is NOT a fully remote position. While the role offers flexibility to work from home, candidates must be local and within one hour of Boulder, CO to support onsite content capture as needed.
