Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our client’s marketing and client acquisition efforts. The role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and administrative support for services including:
- Website Development & SEO (USA & Canada)
- Personal and Corporate Tax Filing (T1 & T2) (Canada only)
The VA will play a key role in generating leads, booking discovery calls, assisting with proposals, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and build targeted lists of qualified leads.
- Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and social media.
- Schedule and manage discovery calls, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Support proposal and quotation preparation, as well as client onboarding.
- Maintain records in CRM/spreadsheets and provide daily and weekly activity reports.
- Assist in general administrative and marketing-related tasks as needed.
- Adapt to evolving business needs as scope may expand beyond the listed tasks.
- Reporting: Daily updates required
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support.
- Proficiency with CRM tools or pipeline tracking methods.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Highly Preferred: Background knowledge in website development, or Canadian (or US) tax services.
