Role Name: Real Estate Cold Caller - Seller Lead Generation

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week, but making outbound calls during: Tuesday - Thursday 10am-12pm and 3:00pm - 5pm EST
  • EST time zone hours as needed

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced real estate cold caller to join a thriving solo agent’s team and make a real impact on their business growth. You’ll be the crucial first point of contact, reaching out to homeowners in carefully selected target markets to identify potential sellers and create meaningful connections. Your role will be essential in building a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, helping the agent connect with more people who are ready for substantive conversations about selling their homes. This position offers the chance to develop your skills while working directly with a successful agent who values quality lead generation and understands the importance of building relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic cold calls to homeowners in specific targeted neighborhoods and communities identified for high seller potential
  • Qualify potential sellers and identify promising leads that need nurturing and development
  • Generate genuine interest and schedule appointments for the agent to personally follow up
  • Systematically expand the overall lead pipeline through focused outreach efforts in designated markets
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations about their selling intentions and timeline
  • Focus specifically on identifying seller opportunities rather than buyer leads
  • Work to uncover listing potential in properties that haven’t been fully explored yet
  • Collaborate closely with the agent to understand their communication style and approach


Requirements

  • Proven real estate cold calling experience with a track record of success
  • Strong communication and phone skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively qualify leads and identify genuine opportunities
  • Experience working within the US real estate market preferred
  • Availability for part-time schedule of 20 hours per week
  • Excellent English proficiency with clear communication skills
  • Ability to work EST time zone hours as needed
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using dialer systems and call management technology
  • Performance-oriented mindset with focus on measurable results
