The Forehand Agency is hiring a Remote Sales Agent to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and support account growth through high-quality inbound and outbound interactions. Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions using a consistent customer-experience approach.
- Listen to customers, diagnose needs, perform needs assessments, and recommend tailored life and health insurance solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Use CRM systems to document interactions, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records and workflows.
- Pursue upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities to support sales growth and account expansion.
- Aim for first-call resolution by troubleshooting issues, coordinating follow-up, and escalating when appropriate.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships through proactive follow-up and continued support.
- Participate in structured onboarding, ongoing training, and regular coaching to develop sales and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. College students, recent graduates, interns, and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum age 18 and willingness to obtain and maintain a state life and health insurance license.
- Dependable, coachable, and motivated by incentive-based compensation.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Comfortable with basic PC tasks and able to quickly learn contact-center and CRM software.
- Able to multitask and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume interaction environment.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or insurance is beneficial but not required; transferable skills and a strong sales aptitude will be considered.
