Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach using a consultative sales approach.
- Develop and communicate clear product value propositions to prospects and decision-makers.
- Create and execute targeted outbound strategies for assigned accounts to generate qualified opportunities.
- Promptly follow up on inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and progress prospects through the sales cycle.
- Close sales or hand off deals to appropriate internal teams when required.
- Accurately record all interactions, outcomes, and pipeline activity in the CRM to maintain forecast visibility.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust outreach to improve conversion and productivity.
- Collaborate with teammates and management to refine messaging, processes, and outreach tactics.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students, recent graduates, interns, and career changers encouraged to apply.
- Minimum age 18.
- Must hold, or be able to obtain and maintain, a state life and health insurance license.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to sustain high activity levels.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Comfortable with outbound telephone outreach and basic PC tasks; able to quickly learn CRM and sales productivity tools.
- Analytical aptitude for using performance data to inform outreach and optimize results.
