Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to clients on financial protection options (Life Insurance and/or Investments)
• Build and manage a client pipeline to support long-term relationships
• Stay informed about new products and programs that can better serve client needs
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand each client's long-term goals
• Participate in professional development and leadership opportunities as you grow

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – we provide training and support
• Must be based in the United States
• Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not necessary
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Open to continuous personal and professional development
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain the Life License within 30 days (company provides the license)
