Accountabilities

    • Achieve sales growth for advanced digital products and core welding solutions.
    • Lead discussions on digital transformation by addressing customer challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and assessments to illustrate efficiency gains.
    • Develop strategies for digital adoption and expand market presence within existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with sales team to integrate digital solutions into growth plans.
    • Manage sales pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools.
    • Gather insights from customers to inform product development and enhancements.
    • Provide onboarding support and implementation guidance for successful digital tool deployment.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to differentiate solutions effectively.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements

    • Degree in Engineering or Business; Welding Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
    • 5+ years of industrial or technical sales experience.
    • Experience selling digital, data, or automation solutions is highly valued.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences.
    • Proficient in leading technical demonstrations showcasing ROI.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.
    • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
    • Capability to meet physical demands including lifting significant weights.
