We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated Remote Sales Representatives to support our growing client base. This role involves speaking with individuals and business owners who have already expressed interest in our services. No cold calling or mass outreach is required.
You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where training, structure, and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled conversations with warm inbound prospects via Zoom or phone
Ask thoughtful questions to understand goals, challenges, and fit
Share clear information about our solutions and guide prospects through the decision-making process
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in the CRM system
Work with team leads to improve strategy and performance over time
Contribute to revenue targets through consistent call activity and client support
Who We’re Looking For
Experience in remote sales, high-ticket sales, account management, or consultative selling
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a schedule independently
Able to follow a proven process while still bringing your personality and insight to the conversation
A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and get better over time
