Profile Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2.5 to 5 years of experience in sales generation, call center, or lead development roles with proven success in both inbound and outbound calling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in real estate, property development, or housing industry strongly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written English with no accent to ensure clear, professional communication with clients.
  • Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, build rapport, and convert interest into opportunities over the phone.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working within CRM platforms and call management systems for tracking leads and documenting outcomes.
  • Driven & Organized: Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high call volumes effectively.

Core responsibilities:

  • Inbound Lead Handling: Answer inbound calls from prospective buyers with professionalism, providing accurate information and guiding them through the initial stages of the homebuying process.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads, following up on inquiries and nurturing prospects to generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess buyer needs, qualify leads based on interest and financial readiness, and route them appropriately to sales representatives or management.
  • Database Management: Accurately document call outcomes, update lead records, and maintain an organized CRM for tracking engagement and pipeline progress.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver a positive and engaging experience on every call, ensuring clear communication and relationship-building with potential homebuyers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support follow-ups, share insights from lead conversations, and contribute to overall sales growth.
