Profile Requirements:

  • Experience & Background
  • 2.5–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, event coordination, or outreach-based marketing
  • Preferred industry experience: franchise, food & beverage, or service sectors
  • Technical & Tool Proficiency
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms for audience segmentation, automation, and bulk communication (email/text)
  • Familiar with email marketing platforms and mass outreach tools
  • Capable of maintaining organized records and lead tracking systems
  • Communication Skills
  • Excellent written English with a professional tone
  • Able to craft clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned outreach messages
  • Understands how to reach the right inboxes and prompt engagement
  • Work Style & Reliability
  • Self-managed, proactive, and dependable — thrives without daily supervision

Core responsibilities:

  • Outbound Lead Generation via Email, SMS, & Social Media
  • Research and contact schools, corporate clients, and event organizers
  • Execute targeted email outreach and direct messaging on social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Campaign Execution Through CRM Tools
  • Build and manage email and SMS campaigns using the company CRM
  • Segment audiences, automate outreach, and monitor engagement to generate leads and bookings
  • Client Follow-Up & Retention Management
  • Track follow-ups with past and potential clients
  • Aim for repeat business and long-term brand engagement
  • Invoice Monitoring & Payment Tracking
  • Support invoice creation and ensure timely payment collection
  • Follow up to prevent lost revenue or unpaid balances
  • Content Coordination for Lead Outreach
  • Use existing brand assets (images, videos, text) to support outreach
  • Coordinate the visuals and messaging used in outbound communication
  • Pipeline Organization & Weekly Reporting
  • Keep digital records of all outbound activity updated and organized
  • Submit weekly outreach reports, including lead status and conversions
  • Social Media Scheduling & Content Coordination
  • Stay on top of scheduling posts and managing client content calendars
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across relevant social media platforms
