Profile Requirements:

  • Experience: 2.5–5 years of proven success in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development, preferably in the janitorial, facilities management, or commercial cleaning industry.
  • Cold Calling Expertise: Demonstrated ability to confidently handle high-volume cold calls and engage decision-makers with professionalism and persistence.
  • Email & Outreach Skills: Strong written communication skills with experience crafting effective prospecting emails that convert interest into meetings.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to recognize potential opportunities, qualify leads, and smoothly transition them into scheduled appointments for senior sales leadership.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage a consistent pipeline, follow up on multiple prospects, and maintain thorough CRM documentation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B service-based industries, ideally janitorial or commercial cleaning, with an understanding of facility decision-making structures and procurement processes.

Core responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Conduct targeted cold calls to decision-makers in offices, commercial properties, and facilities to introduce janitorial and cleaning service solutions.
  • Email Outreach: Develop and execute personalized email outreach campaigns that generate interest and open doors for sales conversations.
  • Lead Qualification: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients to ensure a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities within the commercial cleaning and facilities management space.
  • Appointment Setting: Nurture and advance leads to the point of closing opportunities, ensuring qualified prospects are scheduled for final sales appointments with Johnathon.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM tools, ensuring a clear view of the sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with leadership to refine scripts, outreach strategies, and market targeting while providing feedback to strengthen lead generation efforts.
