Profile Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a lead generation, outbound prospecting, or appointment-setting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success using LinkedIn and related digital tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo) for outreach and lead identification.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Solid understanding of the sales funnel and the role of top-of-funnel activities in supporting revenue generation.
  • Experience using CRM software (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage leads, track progress, and report on performance.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively, and hit daily/weekly outreach and booking targets.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, persistent follow-ups, and handling initial objections to spark interest and qualify leads.

Core responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other online prospecting tools and platforms.
  • Research and qualify leads by gathering key information on their business needs, decision-makers, and readiness to engage.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales appointments or discovery calls between qualified prospects and the internal sales team.
  • Maintain a healthy and consistent pipeline of potential clients, ensuring all lead details and interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM.
  • Follow up on both cold and warm leads to nurture relationships, answer initial questions, and keep prospects engaged over time.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure outreach aligns with current campaigns, messaging, and sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly activity reports including outreach volume, lead conversion rates, and scheduled appointments.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and target market shifts to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
