Profile Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: 0-2 years proven background in sales lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting, preferably in auto, home services, or insurance industries.
  • Strong Phone Communication: Fluent and articulate English speaker with a polished, confident phone demeanor and active listening skills.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets, with a focus on quality appointment outcomes.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems or lead management tools to organize outreach efforts and maintain accurate records.
  • Adaptability Across Brands: Comfortable switching between outreach for car wash clients and insurance leads with appropriate tone and pitch for each audience.
  • Self-Motivated and Reliable: Able to work independently with minimal oversight, manage daily outbound call quotas, and maintain high standards of follow-through.

Core responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting for Car Wash Services: Call warm and cold leads to book hand car wash and detailing appointments, with a focus on recurring and subscription-based services.
  • Insurance Lead Outreach: Contact leads from the insurance side of the business to qualify prospects and schedule appointments with the owner or licensed agents.
  • CRM and Lead Management: Log all outreach activities, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations in the internal CRM or designated tracking system with precision.
  • Cold Calling with Confidence: Navigate initial objections and introduce services clearly and effectively to new prospects across both verticals.
  • Collaboration with Owner: Coordinate closely with the business owner on new leads, daily priorities, and productivity targets to align efforts with revenue goals.
  • Performance-Based Reporting: Track booked appointments, no-shows, and conversion data to assess campaign success and proactively suggest areas of improvement.
