Job Description

This is an exciting dual-role opportunity that combines lead generation expertise and general social media admin in the thriving business coaching industry. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with prospects through strategic social media conversations while managing real-time content distribution across multiple platforms. This role offers the perfect blend of sales skills and social media savvy, with the potential for commission earnings on top of your base salary. You’ll play a crucial part in connecting trade business owners with life-changing coaching services while working with a team that truly understands the construction and trade industry. The position starts part-time with clear growth potential to full-time as the business expands.


Responsibilities
  • Engage with new followers across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok through personalized direct messages
  • Conduct strategic qualifying conversations to assess prospects’ interest in business coaching and growth
  • Ask targeted questions to understand prospects’ previous coaching experience and readiness for business transformation
  • Collect contact information from qualified leads and seamlessly hand it off to the internal sales team
  • Post pre-created content in real-time across all social media platforms during peak engagement hours
  • Upload engaging content with pre-written captions from organized media folders during optimal Australian evening hours (6-9 PM)
  • Maintain consistent brand presence across multiple social platforms without relying on automated scheduling tools
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and social media engagement metrics

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects through authentic social media conversations
  • Sales experience or natural talent for qualifying leads and identifying business opportunities
  • Familiarity with construction industry terminology and trade business challenges (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Comfortable working during Australian business hours with flexibility for evening content posting
  • Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and lead tracking
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication
  • Interest in business coaching and helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals
  • No phone calling required - all prospect interaction conducted through social media direct messages
