Role Name: Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

Schedule:

  • Minimum 20 hours/week

  • M-F 9am-1pm Pacific Standard Time


This is an exciting opportunity to be the creative force behind a growing mental health practice's digital presence. You'll transform raw video content into engaging social media campaigns, manage multi-platform content strategies, and support business development through strategic outreach. This role perfectly blends creative content creation, video editing expertise, and marketing strategy, allowing you to make a real impact in maternal wellness while growing your skills in a meaningful, mission-driven environment. You'll work directly with the practice owner, taking ownership of the entire content creation pipeline from raw footage to published posts.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and polish raw YouTube video footage (approximately 20-minute long-form content) into professional, engaging videos

  • Create eye-catching thumbnails, compelling headlines, and organize content for optimal platform performance

  • Repurpose long-form YouTube content into bite-sized, engaging Instagram posts and stories

  • Maintain consistent social media posting schedule across platforms (multiple times per week)

  • Research and compile targeted lists of potential referral partners and professional collaborators

  • Gather contact information and organize prospect data into well-structured spreadsheets

  • Draft professional outreach emails for partnership development and networking campaigns

  • Provide general administrative support to streamline practice operations

  • Create engaging, trend-aware content that connects with the target demographic of mothers

  • Assist with content structure and basic scripting improvements for video content

  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy to maximize engagement



Requirements

  • Proven track record in social media marketing with specific expertise in Instagram and YouTube

  • Strong video editing skills with demonstrated experience in long-form content creation

  • Strong video editing skills (Instagram and YouTube) VIDEO SAMPLES ARE REQUIRED

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training

  • Experience in lead generation, prospect research, and list building

  • Basic graphic design capabilities for creating social media assets

  • Deep understanding of content creation strategies that drive engagement and follow platform algorithms

  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance preferred (healthcare industry experience a plus)

  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email drafting

  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and maintain consistent output

  • Creative mindset with ability to transform raw content into compelling narratives

  • Understanding of maternal wellness or healthcare industry preferred but not required

  • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
