The Mission

Xyngular is seeking a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute all visual design initiatives across digital platforms and product packaging. This role requires a creative visionary with a keen eye for detail, ensuring brand consistency and delivering compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Design:

• Develop and produce high-quality digital assets for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute engaging visual content that aligns with campaign objectives.
• Ensure all digital designs are optimized for user experience and adhere to best practices in responsive design.

Packaging Design:

• Lead the design process for product packaging from concept to production, ensuring designs are both functional and visually appealing.
• Work closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure packaging designs meet manufacturing specifications and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on packaging trends and materials to incorporate innovative solutions that enhance product presentation and sustainability.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality.
• Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure all internal and external communications reflect the brand's ethos.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment consistent with our team culture.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align design strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and packaging design projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with 3D rendering software and prototyping tools is a plus.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and production processes for both digital and print mediums.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in consumer goods or retail industries.
