Additionally, they are excited by the possibilities of leveraging AI to extend the reach of their content, including designing content that is specifically optimized for our AI-powered Learning Assistant.
What you will do:

Develop and maintain precise, high-quality technical documentation and visuals that translate complex systems, processes, and workflows into clear, graphical instructional content that boosts user understanding and confidence.
Take ownership of projects from concept to completion—analyzing requirements, anticipating integrated implications, and championing continuous improvement.
Innovate visual approaches to optimize user adoption and engagement, utilizing effective visuals such as exploded diagrams, pictorial instructions, system diagrams, process maps, and flow charts (with potential collaboration on motion graphics and videos as needed).
Continuously refine documentation and visuals based on process/tool changes and user feedback—aiming to improve adoption, usability, and learning outcomes.

Experience comprehending integrated concepts, systems & processes to produce documentation that accurately and accessibly represents complete systems as well as the individual system components.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to
access information under this program/contract
Qualifications we Prefer
Strong visual problem-solving skills: quickly grasp complex or abstract concepts and convey them in a clear, structured, and engaging manner with maximum clarity and minimal clutter.
The ability to create AI-optimized source documentation that supports clear, trustworthy LLM responses (e.g., clear headings, consistent terminology, and a structured, hierarchical authoring approach) to build a reliable internal knowledge base for our AI Learning Assistant.
The ability to create content tailored to a range of distinct user audiences —supporting basic understanding for the general user population as well as a more in-depth technical understanding for power users.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Thrives in an agile, fast-iterate environment that embraces experimentation and continuous improvement.
A passion for innovation and for shaping a great work environment and culture.
