AI Automation Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for an Ai Automation Specialist to lead the development of Ai-driven internal tools and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness. In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner with teams across SalesAi to automate processes, reduce friction, and bring creative Ai solutions to life from idea to implementation.

What will I be doing?

• Design and deploy Ai-powered workflows, tools, and agents to streamline processes across departments.
• Build automations using platforms like Gumloop, N8N, String, Cursor, Zapier, and others.
• Work closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Product to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain a backlog of use cases, a library of implemented solutions, and related SOPs.
• Level up team members by adding to our Ai knowledge center, contributing to internal Ai round tables, and facilitating Ai workshops

What do I need to bring?

• Proven experience developing Ai-based workflows or internal tools in a startup or tech environment
• Strong command of prompt engineering and tools like Gumloop, N8N, Claude, MCC, Cursor, etc.
• A mix of technical expertise alongside the business acumen to understand and identify needs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. 
• Bonus: A working Ai solution, workflow, or integration you’ve built and can share.
