In this role as an automation engineer, you will be working for a client that is in the dairy and food process industry. This position will be responsible for PLC HMI/SCADA programming and commissioning for projects of current and new customers.

This position is a permanent role that is a long-term need for my client. This role requires travel (20%).

Job Requirements

• Three (3) or more years of experience as an automation and controls engineer
• Strong proficiency with Allen Bradley ControlLogix and Rockwell products
• Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, and RIO experience
• Experience with food and fluid process (highly preferred)
• Experience commissioning, troubleshooting, and refining programs
• B.S. Degree in engineering or other related fields is preferred
