Essential
• Masters degree level qualification or equivalent in computing or related field.
• Quality Improvement, Service Improvement or Lean Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certificate
Desirable
• Certification in programming Intelligent Automation or similar.
• MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Registered Practitioner.
• Professional registration (BCS, IEE, UKCHIP).
• ITIL Expert level qualification
