About the role
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for digital advertising, and a knack for creating visually compelling graphics that resonate with diverse audiences and drive performance.
What you'll do
- Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including display ads, social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, and more.
- Collaborate with internal and client-side teams to conceptualize and execute design concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Use data and performance metrics to inform design decisions and optimize creative for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Provide creative input and direction for ad campaigns, contributing to strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Work closely with copywriters, digital marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective ad creatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital ad agency or related environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
