What You’ll Do

• Research and identify potential clients and hiring opportunities (US, EU, UK)
• Build high-quality lead lists using LinkedIn, databases, and industry tools
• Support outreach campaigns (email & LinkedIn) with accurate, segmented lists
• Track market trends, funding rounds, and company updates to find new leads
• Update and maintain CRM/ATS data
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 0,5+ years of experience in research, lead generation, or SDR-type tasks
• Interest in tech, startups, AI/ML, or recruiting
• Upper-intermediate English
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
