We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our US-based operations. The ideal candidate excels in communication, can work independently during night shift hours, and is comfortable handling administrative, lead generation, and coordination tasks.
Review company-provided lists to identify potential leads or decision-makers.
Conduct outreach via phone, email, or messaging tools.
Schedule meetings or demos for the clientβs team.
Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to maximize conversions.
Update and manage CRM records (Salesforce or similar).
Track call outcomes, follow-ups, and prospect status.
Maintain accurate and complete data for reporting.
Make outbound calls using VOIP tools (e.g., Dialpad).
Respond to email inquiries and manage general communication.
Coordinate schedules, meeting invites, and task deadlines.
Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as needed.
Assist with ad hoc tasks from the sales or operations team.
Support smooth workflow between outreach, emails, and CRM updates.
At least 1 year of experience as a VA, Lead Generation Specialist, Customer Service Rep, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls during night shift.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and professional WFH setup.
