We're hiring a fantastic Lead Generation Executive to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure a seamless client experience with leading organizations across the region.


What you’ll do

  • Coordinating: client podcasts, whitepapers, webinars, and VIP roundtables across the APAC region
  • Collaborating: working with internal teams and leads to ensure APAC lead generation campaigns are executed effectively
  • Executing: overseeing client campaigns to ensure we fulfil our contractual obligations
  • Monitoring: tracking campaign performance statistics and making adjustments as required
  • Reporting: producing accurate campaign statistics, performance metrics, and reports for sales executives and clients
  • Customer experience: ensuring we consistently provide an excellent client experience
  • Webinar coordination: setting up webinar tech run-through sessions, live broadcasts, and registration pages
  • Webinar production: liaising with participants, conducting run-throughs, and managing live broadcasts
  • Organising VIP roundtables: sourcing and booking venues, confirming panelists, and sending invitations to VIP attendees


What you’ll bring

  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy and completeness
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence in managing and building relationships with international clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks
