The Role
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to fuel Muvr’s Business Development pipeline. You will research, identify, and qualify high-potential leads across retail, eCommerce, and enterprise verticals. Your work ensures that the sales team focuses on the right opportunities, accelerating our ability to acquire and grow strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential partners, merchants, and enterprise accounts across target markets.
- Build and maintain accurate lead lists in CRM with key decision-makers and contact details.
- Qualify leads through outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and assess their fit with Muvr’s services.
- Support Business Development Specialists with lead intelligence, account mapping, and market insights.
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns with Growth/Marketing teams.
- Track and report lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- Continuously refine prospecting strategies based on feedback and performance data.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years in lead generation, sales development, or B2B prospecting (experience in logistics, SaaS, or marketplaces a plus).
- Strong research skills with experience in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and engaging.
- High attention to detail when qualifying and recording leads.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Resilient and target-driven mindset, comfortable with outreach volume.
